Ezra Strausberg
Ezra Strausberg, principal
Founder, Principal and resident Creative Guru, Ezra began his advertising career as an executive at international agency Young & Rubicam, overseeing everything from branding to promotions for Fortune 500 accounts totaling some $40 million annually. From there, he moved to subsidiary Lord Dentsu to help grow several large travel and tourism accounts – experience that positioned him uniquely to fulfill a life-long dream to start his own agency. Now for 15 years at the helm of the Strausberg Group, Ezra has partnered with a unique and diverse group of clients – from large corporations including AAA, Renaissance Hotels and Coldwell Banker to smaller, emerging brands like Viceroy Hotels and Initial Technology – to develop and manage strategically sound, innovative and highly successful programs in a wide range of media.
Lorry Griffin
Lorry Griffin, senior strategist
Lorry Griffin has proven her expertise for over 20 years in senior marketing and creative positions at global ad agencies as well as on the client side. In addition to several years with FCB Direct, as Senior Vice President/CD at Grey Direct West she established the agency's creative department and led strategic acquisition and retention initiatives for such powerhouses as Microsoft and Wells Fargo. Lorry's client experience includes three years as Manager, Advertising/Promotions at the Auto Club of Southern California. With her exposure to a broad range of industries and strong capabilities in account services management, Lorry brings invaluable insight and balance to the team.
